The administration of the Federal College of Agriculture Makurdi (FUAM) in Benue state has introduced that two college students from the college who have been kidnapped on their campus final Saturday have regained their freedom.
In an announcement from the Director of Data, Protocol and Public Relations (IPPR), FUAM, Ms. Rosemary Waku, the names of the scholars got as Israel Kwaghgee and Solomon Salihu.
The college spokesman mentioned: “Each of them returned to campus unhurt yesterday (Tuesday) April twenty seventh, twenty first.”
State Police PR officer DSP Catherine Anene mentioned the 2 FUAM college students kidnapped on Saturday had been launched by their kidnappers.
“The launched college students are at present receiving medical consideration in an undisclosed hospital,” she mentioned.
On the time of this writing, it was not clear whether or not a ransom was paid to make sure the scholars’ launch.
