As we speak’s puzzles are 4 optical illusions devised by the magician Matt Pritchard. He calls them ‘perspec-tricks’. Every picture is {a photograph} that appears to point out one thing unattainable. The puzzle is to work out precisely how Matt created the phantasm.

The magic he used is old skool: not one of the images has been digitally modified. What you see is strictly what the digital camera noticed. All of the illusions contain mirrors not directly.

In addition to being an Affiliate of the Internal Magic Circle, Matt Pritchard has a PhD in physics.
