The Fleetwood ladies volleyball staff is not able to get up any time quickly.
The Tigers continued what coach Ron Humer referred to as a “dream season” Thursday evening with a 3-1 (21-25, 25-14, 25-21, 25-19) win over visiting James Buchanan within the District 3 Class 3A quarterfinals.
Sarah Leininger had 19 kills, 17 digs and three blocks to assist the fourth-seeded Tigers (14-1) defeat the fifth-seeded Rockets (11-3).
“This has been a dream season,” Humer stated. “The ladies deserve every little thing they get. They’ve labored so laborious.”
