PETOSKEY, Mich. (AP) — A J.C. Penney retailer will shut Sunday after almost a century in downtown Petoskey.
A retailer in Traverse Metropolis would be the solely Penney location within the northern Decrease Peninsula after related closings in Alpena and Cadillac, the Petoskey Information-Assessment reported.
The Petoskey retailer may very well be became new retail or restaurant house with residences on the higher stage, stated Larry Rellinger, who supplies property administration companies to the constructing’s proprietor.
