Michael S. Sherant, 60, of Watsontown, handed away Thursday, Oct. 29, 2020 at house, surrounded by his loving household.

Mike was born Feb. 18, 1960 in Blossburg, a son of the late Daniel Stanley and Helen June (Reed) Sherant. Mike attended Liberty space colleges. He was a member of Blossburg’s St. Mary’s Catholic Church, the American Legion, Arnot Sportsmen’s Membership and the Crimson Knights Worldwide MC-PA 32. Michael was a truck driver and was employed by Glenn O. Hawbaker in Montoursville for over 15 years.

Mike loved spending time together with his life companion, Kim, in addition to his household, associates and his trustworthy canine, Hank. He was an avid outdoorsman and liked searching, fishing, tenting and using his motorbike.

Surviving are his life companion, Kim Welliver of Watsontown, youngsters: Stephanie (Melissa) Posse of Mount Bethel, Matthew (Carrie) Sherant of North Pole, Alaska, Adam Sherant of Morris Run, Allissia Sherant of Williamsport, and Michelle Sherant of Anchorage, Alaska; siblings: Nancy (David) Mattison of East Level, Raymond (Lori) Sherant of Arnot, and Amy (Timothy) Herr of Summerville, S.C., grandchildren: Keelie, Keagan, Kason, Kenton, Mackenzie and Stella; nieces: Danielle (Dan) Weaver of Cogan Station, Ashley Sherant of Summerville, S.C., and Kayla Sherant of Arnot; nephews, Bear (Kay) Mattison of Liberty, Daniel Sherant of Arnot, and Dalton Herr of Summerville; and particular associates, Gary and Bonnie Harmon.

Mates might name 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, at Pepper Funeral Residence and Cremation Facility, 314 Granger St., Blossburg. A memorial service will observe at 11 a.m., with Pastor Ed Siddle officiating. Burial will probably be non-public.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Michael’s identify could also be made to Pancreatic Most cancers Motion Community.
